Transcripts, Ltd, a Phoenix transcription service, and CDE Services, a data entry service, provide a secure, dependable, and convenient digital content delivery system that is compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley and California Security Breach Notification Act regulations, ensuring the privacy of file content and delivery. All files are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer/https protocol. File names are scrambled on storage servers. The sender may create a file password that can be provided to recipients by e-mail or phone. The password is stored in scrambled form on servers with one-way encryption. Users also have the option of zipping files and then password protecting and encrypting them for an extra layer of protection. Authenticated file pickup is provided when specified by the sender. Our goal is to make our audio transcription and data entry service as convenient and secure as possible for you.
Digital delivery of recorded files replaces the need for FTP and courier services. For your convenience, simply upload files up to 2 GB in size from our Order a Transcript page. Sending your digital files to our legal transcription service is as easy as sending an e-mail with no size or storage limitations. Uploading checks and bank statements to our CDE Services department for data entry is as safe as banking online.
